MISSION bay —A kayaker came throughout a submerged body in Mission bay on Wednesday morning and police room trying to determine what happened to the man, public official said.

The human body was found near Ski Beach about 11:50 a.m. And recovered by lifeguards and also turned over to the county clinical Examiner’s Office, authorities said. Police space investigating to recognize if foul play was involved, stated San Diego police Officer Scott Lockwood.

Kayaker Richard Tibiatowski said OnScene TV he was paddling close come shore as soon as he spotted the human body in around a foot and a fifty percent of water.
